Erase Carbon Footprint utilizes Google Checkout as it offers greater fraud protection for both you as a customer and Erase Carbon Footprint as a merchant.

Once your order is received your tree or trees will be put into our schedule for planting. After your tree has been planted you will receive a photo of your tree, a certified number for each tree, and an address where your tree or trees are located. You are able to visit you trees once they are planted. The tree that is planted is at Erase Carbon Footprint's discretion. Also, each tree is planted at a location of Erase Carbon Footprint's discretion.

Verification: Erase Carbon Footprint sends photos, id number, and address for each of your trees so you known that your money was spent planting the exact number of trees you purchased. We want you to feel comfortable that your money is going directly to planting trees without any redtape. We give the address because we welcome at anytime for you to visit your tree or trees to verify that they were planted and still exist.

Returns: There are no refunds or returns offered after 24 hours of purchase. You are purchasing a new tree to be planted and thus can not be returned or refunded.

Fraud protection: Erase Carbon Footprint uses Google Checkout for secure shopping and fraud protection. Google Checkout has fraud protection features that protect you as a consumer and Erase Carbon Footprint as a merchant. You can feel confident that Erase Carbon Footprint upholds their agreement to plant your trees by using Google Checkout.
